Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (not American Express.) If you prefer not to make your payment online please choose the “Pay by invoice” option and call us with your payment details on +44 (0)1896 755540 or send your cheque to the address above. Please make cheques payable to ERIBÉ Knitwear and write your name and address on the back of the cheque.  You can make payment in Dollars or Euros but due to the exchange rate with Sterling there will be differences in the final amount due to our Bank's exchange rate.

ERIBE Knitwear uses the latest Secure Server Technology SSL to ensure that all personal information is protected to the highest standards. Please note that the purchaser will pay all ancillary costs over and above the price including delivery and local and regional customs duties and tariffs.

Delivery
Delivery times and despatch dates will be confirmed by email once you have placed your order.
We will deliver your product as quickly as possible. If you are in a hurry you can select the Express Delivery option at the Checkout stage. If you have already placed your order and forgotten to do this please email us and we will amend your order for you. Please note that Express Delivery incurs an additional charge.
Our products are not mass produced and are made to order.  As soon as we receive your order we will confirm delivery details and at this time we can fully refund your order if you are unhappy with the delivery timescale.

Privacy Statement
We protect our customers against unsolicited mail and will not make your name available to any other companies without your permission.

Legal Statement
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to the individual nature of some goods.

Prices are subject to changes in VAT. This should not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Exchange Guarantee
If you need to return any item please enclose the despatch note that accompanied your order with your goods unworn/unused within 14 days. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note ERIBE  will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. Warranties & Liabilities
All warranties, representations and undertakings whatsoever, express or implied, specifically including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose by ScotlandShop.net are excluded from the contract.

Liability of ERIBÉ Knitwear for direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the supply of any goods or their use by the purchaser howsoever caused even if ERIBE Knitwear have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage is excluded. ERIBE Knitwear’s entire liability under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased by the purchaser, except as expressly provided in these conditions.

Goods shall be used by the purchaser in accordance with any accompanying instructions or directions by the manufacturers and such instructions and directions are held to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict any liability the exclusion or restriction of which is prohibited under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

ERIBÉ Knitwear shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of any delay or failure of performance of any of the contract directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Force Majeure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Scottish Law applies to this contract.
